(Our company was in process of building a handicap ramp for a US Veteran that passed away in the middle of the job. His son followed up with this letter.)

I want to thank you for being patient and trusting in me that one day things would be settled with my father’s stuff. I am happy to send you this cheek that my Dad would have wanted you to have. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job with the ramp and holding true to your word. There are not many people that would have done that and showed pride in their work like you and your employees did. One day I will get to meet you personally but I know you are just as busy as I am. Again, thank you for a job well done and being there for my Dad.
